CAMHS Caseload sheets

Team caseload data is required for the period 1-30th November 2007 for tier 2 and 3 teams and 1st June to 30th November 2007 for tier 4 team/units. Blank recording sheets for keeping a record of caseload information are now available here. The website will go live for data input on 1st November 2007 and close on 28th February 2008. You can download 2007 caseload sheets below: There have been two minor changes to the casesheets this year:
  1. In recognition of high levels of co-morbidity in children and young people referred to specialist CAMHS teams, you may record more than one presenting disorder or problem for each case, and not just the primary presenting disorder/problem as in previous years.
  2. Staff IT use has been removed from the case sheets. Instead of counting how many staff use different IT, you are now asked to report team usage on the main team questionnaire.
