Welcome to CAMHS Self Assessment
This website follows the same format as the Self Assessment booklet.
Use the 'Comments' box to record any notes you want to make about each of the indicators.
Use the 'Score' combo / drop box to select your score for each item. The programme will add up all your scores and add them to the summary sheet automatically. It will also generate an action plan for you based on all the items for which the success criteria are not yet met.
You can either use your mouse to move between the fields or the 'Tab' key on your keyboard, which will take you from one text or combo box to the next.
